◆Summer Session 2021 (Online)

Center for Japanese Language and Culture (CJLC), Doshisha University is delighted to announce that “Doshisha University Summer Session” is back in 2021 summer! It has been almost 5 years since we held the last summer session. This summer session is to learn Japanese language and traditional culture and life in Kyoto. There will be some opportunities to interact with Doshisha students. We look forward to your application!

Eligible

1. A basic level of Japanese proficiency (those who can at least read Hiragana, Katakana and give a brief self-introduction in Japanese)
*Those with no previous knowledge of Japanese are not eligible.

2. High school diploma or above

*Priority will be given to students from Doshisha’s partner institutions in case the number of applicants exceeds the quota.
*Applications from overseas are also welcomed.

Capacity  Approximately 35 (Minimum number of participants: 25)
Fees  48,000 JPY

◆Japanese Language and Culture One-Point Lesson  (Online, for Free)

Center for Japanese Language and Culture (CJLC), Doshisha University is delighted to announce that “Doshisha University Summer Session” is back in 2021 summer! It has been almost 5 years since we held the last summer session.

We are organizing a pre-event “Doshisha University Japanese Language and Culture One-Point Lesson” from May 31 to June 5. The pre-event is for free and conducted online. It would be a great opportunity to have a glance of our Japanese Language and Culture Program.

The all lessons are given by CJLC instructors and conducted online. You can select lessons from 15 lessons as you like.

Why don’t you study Japanese Language and Culture together!!

Eligible  Current undergraduate/postgraduate student outside of Japan
  *International students currently based in Japan are also welcomed.
Capacity  20 each (If applicants are more than each capacity, there will be a selection based on application forms)
